WiCOM, the 14th International Conference on Wireless Communications, Networking and Mobile Computing (WiCOM 2018), is an annual conference in China since 2005. This conference was held in Wuhan, Shanghai, Dalian, Beijing, Chengdu, Guilin from 2005 to 2017. Each year there are 100 - 500 attendees from Asia, Europe, America, etc., and there have been quite a lot of well known experts giving plenary speeches. In 2018, WiCOM will be held in Chongqing, China from September 18-20. You are invited to submit papers in all areas of wireless communications, networking, mobile computing and applications. 

Widely acknowledged as the largest industrial and economic center in southwestern China, Chongqing City is a popular destination for travelers with its hilly slopes, rivers, night views and spicy food. Meaning "double celebrations" in Chinese, the city was built in the 11th century BC during the Zhou Dynasty. The city was founded in 1997. Prior to then, it was a city in Sichuan Province. Now Chongqing is the biggest city in China in terms of area and population.
